Products with variants and stock
Color, size, or whatever attributes you use — plus a unit count per item. The product stops selling once stock runs out, unless you explicitly allow otherwise.
Products with variants, per-item stock, shipping by country and a Google Shopping feed — in one place instead of five separate subscriptions. The free tier has no end date and doesn't ask for a card.
Honestly
Adstic Orb is a brand-new platform — we have no customer stories or reviews to show you, and we won't make any up. Below is only what the product actually does, checked in the live system before we wrote it here.
Adstic Orb tracks your per-item stock, calculates shipping by country, and keeps the tracking number on every order.
We built Orb to do the job of a warehouse, a cart, shipping and marketing from one dashboard — not five separate subscriptions.
What Orb actually does for your store
Every one of these was checked in the live system, not written as marketing copy.
Color, size, or whatever attributes you use — plus a unit count per item. The product stops selling once stock runs out, unless you explicitly allow otherwise.
A shipping price for Bulgaria, for the EU, for everyone else — no courier contract needed, just the amount the customer pays.
Keep using your own courier (Econt, Speedy, etc.) — add the tracking number to the order and the customer sees the tracking link on their order.
An automatic XML feed at /shop/feed.xml with price, stock, image, category and identifiers per Google's standard (GTIN) for every active product — no manually maintained file. Condition defaults to "new" unless you mark it otherwise; the product's category is your own store category and ships automatically. Google's own product category stays optional — you fill it in per product only if you want that exact value in the feed.
A percentage or fixed discount, with a usage limit and an expiry date.
A PDF, a license key, or a downloadable file — the buyer gets the link right after payment.
Write a campaign to a customer list (new, repeat, inactive) — sending goes through your own Resend key on a paid plan.
Articles on the same site, not a separate platform — traffic to your store with no extra subscription.
see every item with price, variants and unit count. edit one item or upload a catalog via CSV.
every order in one place; add the courier and tracking number to the order so the tracking link shows up.
launch or seasonal promo codes, and an email campaign to customers who already bought.
Most suppliers send price lists in a different Excel/CSV format every time — different columns, different field names. The CSV converter for supplier price lists turns them into one unified format that Adstic Orb recognizes — with color/size variants and per-warehouse stock. The CSV converter and Adstic Orb are from the same company — ADSTIC INTERACTIVE LTD — so the file moves from one into the other without extra setup.
Then: upload the finished CSV into Orb — items, variants and stock appear all at once, instead of entering them one by one.
Migration
01
Most suppliers and off-the-shelf platforms have an “Export CSV” button.
02
Upload the file to Nexum Gate — the converter arranges the columns into the format Orb recognizes.
03
Upload the finished CSV into Orb's warehouse — products, variants and stock load all at once.
04
Add shipping by country, a launch promo code, and you're ready to sell.
FAQ
No. You only set the price the customer pays for shipping by country — you ship with whichever courier you already use. Add the tracking number to the order so the tracking link shows; an email to the customer goes out once you have your own email sender connected — on a brand-new free account it isn't connected by default.
Yes, via a CSV format that carries variants (color/size) and per-warehouse stock. If your suppliers' price lists come in a different format, Nexum Gate (nexumgate.online) converts them into this format — a product from the same company.
It automatically becomes unavailable for purchase, unless you explicitly allow selling at zero stock.
Yes — digital products with a download limit or a license key, delivered automatically after payment.
You write the campaign and pick a list (new, repeat, inactive customers); sending goes through your own Resend key on a paid plan.
Yes — every active product automatically appears in a feed at /shop/feed.xml with price, stock, image, category and identifiers per Google's standard (GTIN), with zero manual maintenance. Condition defaults to "new" — you only mark it otherwise if the product is used or refurbished. The product's category is your own store category and Orb ships it automatically; Google's own product category stays optional — you add it per product in the "Google Shopping" section of the dashboard only if you want that exact value to appear in the feed. You upload the finished feed to Google Merchant Center.
