Cancellation and Refunds

1. Free tier
The free tier has no time limit and is not paid for. There is nothing to cancel: you simply stop using it or delete your account.
2. Trial period
Paid tiers come with a free 14-day trial. If you cancel the subscription before it ends, your card is not charged.
3. How to cancel a subscription
From Settings → Subscription in your account, at any time, without having to call anyone. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Until then you keep the paid features; after that the account moves to the free tier. Your site stays.
4. Refunds
The subscription is paid in advance for the month or the year.
— Monthly subscription: we do not refund a month that has already started. — Yearly subscription: if you cancel within the first 14 days after payment, we refund the full amount. After that, we do not refund a year that has already started. — If we were unable to provide the service because of a problem on our side, we refund the corresponding part of the amount. — If we charged you by mistake, we refund the full amount.
Refunds are made to the card used for payment, through Stripe, usually within 10 business days.
5. Changing tier
You can move to a higher or lower tier at any time. Stripe calculates the difference for the remaining period automatically.
6. Consumers
The platform is intended for traders. If you nevertheless use it as a consumer within the meaning of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of concluding it, without giving a reason. If, at your express request, you started using the paid service during that period, you owe the amount for the period already used.
