Questions about the offer
What does “the price stays the same” mean?
Your subscription renews at the same amount every year for as long as you keep it. There is no increase after the first year. If we raise the price of Growth, it does not reach you.
What exactly do you move over from my old shop?
The products — name, price, description, images and stock. Tell us where they are now (Shopify, WooCommerce, Etsy or an Excel file) and we upload them. A person does this, not a robot, so we agree on a time.
Why is there no trial?
Because you pay up front — that is what makes your price possible. Instead of a trial you get 30 days to ask for your money back: write to us and we return it, no explanation needed.
What happens if I stop the subscription?
The account drops to the free tier and your site stays online. The founder seat is not held for you, though — if you want Growth again later, it is at the usual price.
How many seats are there really?
Ten. The number at the top of this page is read from the database on every load, which is why it is the real one. When it reaches zero the offer closes by itself.
0% commission — on what?
On the sales through your site. They go through your own Stripe account and we keep nothing from them. Stripe's own fees are separate and are owed to Stripe.
